Addendum of message to Council, 14th September 2025.

PS: I have reported [] fouling on the communal lawn in front of 157 High Street (a familiar spot) - the likely offending dog was wandering about Connops Way, off-lead, and barking freely when I was trying to listen to the radio, yesterday afternoon; quite a racket! The critical, distressing, fouling report is given here: 

"Faeces on lawn, immediately in front of apartment 157 High Street, with resident dog again likely responsible. This matter has been with us for five years - the matter is worsening in that three males (at least one directly threatening and a second apparently potentially violent) have been at the property over the last 24 hours, a fourth male, both abusive and violent, is due to be released from prison, imminently; the Community Housing Officer is another doggie, as is the Neighbourhood Sergeant! £5000 has been offered ‘for’ the pest, without takers - any suggestions? The Army?"
